(Cleveland) - The Cleveland Indians have announced their schedule for the 2019 season. The Tribe will enter its' 119th year as a charter member of the American League next season and 25th year at Progressive Field.
The Indians open up on the road March 28 against the Minnesota Twins. The Tribe returns home April 1 for the home opener against the Chicago White Sox.
The New York Yankees come to town June 7 through June 9. Inter-league opponents at Progressive Field next season will include Atlanta, Miami, Cincinnati and Philadelphia.
Progressive Field will also be home to next season's Major League All-Star game. All-Star festivities begin in Cleveland on July 5 and wrap up with the Mid-Summer Classic on July 9.
