Olivia Troye, a former adviser to Vice President Mike Pence and who was his lead staffer on the White House Covid19 task force, is endorsing Joe Biden for president. In an advertisement recorded for Republican Voters Against Trump, Troye criticized President Trump's response to the pandemic.

Troye is the latest in a long line of life long Republicans who have campaigned against President Trump and endorsed Joe Biden. Notable republicans include former Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder, former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld, and former Ohio Gov. John Kasich. Along with former politicians, other political action committees have been formed by Republicans who are voting for Biden, most notably "The Lincoln Project" which was founded by George Conway (Husband of White House official Kellyanne Conway) and others.
