The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday holds its first open hearing as part of the impeachment inquiry - with testimony expected from a panel of constitutional scholars. Tuesday the House Intelligence Committee released a sweeping 300-page report that says there's "overwhelming evidence" President Trump improperly ordered military aid to Ukraine withheld to pressure the country to launch investigations against a potential 2020 political rival. Intelligence Committee members voted 13-9, along party lines, to send the report on to the Judiciary committee, where it's expected to serve as a roadmap for hearings there. Republican member Doug Collins says Democrats "have one big problem and the problem is, the president did nothing wrong - and they can't prove it."
