A state lawmaker wants to make sure everyone can watch Ohio State football games.

According to WCMH-TV, Senator Bill DeMora wants to ban OSU from making exclusive deals with streaming services.

He cites the 2023 OSU-Purdue game as an example, saying the exclusive deal with Peacock led to a Columbus bar paying more than $3,000 to stream the game live.

Part of the measure would require the university to strike a deal with such services to allow all enrolled students to watch the games for free.
