Monday’s inauguration of President-Elect Donald Trump will take place indoors, on account of the freezing weather expected in the nation’s capital on Monday. Trump said he'll be sworn in and deliver his inauguration address inside the Capitol Rotunda. “The various Dignitaries and Guests will be brought into the Capitol,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “This will be a very beautiful experience for all, and especially for the large TV audience!” Due to this change, the “vast majority of ticketed guests will not be able to attend the ceremonies in person,” according to the Joint Inaugural Committee. Meta’s Mark Zuckerberg, TikTok’s Shou Zi Chew, and Amazon boss Jeff Bezos are among the tech executives set to appear at the inauguration, alongside close Trump ally Elon Musk, the world’s richest man.
