(Cleveland) The two men who were charged and ultimately pleaded guilty to numerous charges for setting a west side Cleveland house on fire, learned their punishment Tuesday.

21-year-old Tyric Green was sentenced to 17 to 21-1/2-years in prison. And 22-year-old D'Andre Morris was sentenced to 6 to 9-years behind bars.

The two pleaded guilty to charges that included numerous counts of aggravated arson, among others.

Prosecutors say the home belonged to the landlord of the home where his grandmother lived. She was facing eviction after 3-months of rent were never paid. Prosecutors say Green's grandmother gave him the money for the rent, but he never paid it.

The home belonged to Cecelia Li and Felipe Freitas. The couple managed to escape the flames by jumping out of a 2nd floor window. The couple, their 7-month-old baby, and a family cat survived. But they lost their dog, Salami, in the blaze. Damages, which includes neighboring houses, estimated at more than $700,000.
