(Cleveland) The search is over for a man suspected of driving the vehicle that struck and killed a 7-year-old boy last month. U. S. Marshal Pete Elliott says 32-year-old Donald Mynatt was found and arrested at an apartment building on East 355th Street in Willoughby.
Police say Mynatt was driving the Mercedes SUV that hit Amir Prewitt while the boy rode his skateboard in the driveway of a parking lot along Lakeshore Boulevard on August 16th.
Just last week, police put out a photo of Mynatt as a person of interest in the case. And an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident involving a fatality of a child.
