President Biden has unveiled his proposal for significant changes to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Biden's plan would end lifetime appointments and establish an 18-year term limit for all Supreme Court justices - meaning a new justice would be appointed every two years by the sitting president.
He also called on Congress to create a Supreme Court code of ethics that would require justices to disclose all gifts, recuse themselves from cases with a conflict of interest, and avoid political activity.
Further, Biden called for Congress to reverse the recent Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity - which would require a constitutional amendment.
