In a long-awaited decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that former President Donald Trump has immunity for some - but not all - of his actions related to Jan. 6th.

The Court ruled 6-3 that the President has immunity for official acts, but not for unofficial acts, noting "not everything the President does is official."

The matter will be sent back down to lower courts to determine if Trump's actions on Jan. 6th count as official or unofficial.

ROBERTS: 'Trump asserts far broader immunity than limited one we have recognized'

Justice Sonia Sotomayor issued a blistering dissent, writing "In every use of official power, the President is now a king above the law.”
