Cleveland City Hall is back open today, more than a week after a cyber incident that impacted the city's IT system.

Only select services will be available, and those seeking building and housing assessments and licenses, vital statistics, and civil service exams should expect delays.

The city confirmed it was a ransomware attack that's shut down City Hall for nearly two weeks now.

Meanwhile, the city says it will not negotiate with the cyberattackers, adding that there is no intent of paying the ransom they're seeking.
