The late poet Frances Sargent Osgood (1811-1850) (FAST FACTS: She was a 19th century American poet known for her works “The Casket of Fate” and “Puss in Boots.” It’s believed that after she separated from her husband, she and Edgar Allan Poe engaged in an affair of the heart – at least – for years. The pair exchanged love poems for years and it’s said that Poe's wife Virginia approved of the relationship – even inviting her to visit their home. Why? Virginia believed their friendship had a "restraining" effect on her husband. Poe had given up alcohol to impress Osgood, for example.)

The late Anastasia Nikolaevna (1901-1918) (The youngest daughter of Tsar Nicholas II, who was assassinated by Russian secret police, she was the center of many conspiracy theories. In fact, the classic animated film, “Anastasia,” is based on her life, and those rumors.)
