The U.S. Coast Guard successfully airlifted a pregnant passenger from a Disney Cruise ship nearly 200 miles out to sea.

Authorities sent a helicopter to the Disney Fantasy ship 180 miles off the coast of Puerto Rico, to evacuate a 35-year-old passenger who needed advanced medical care.

The evac was conducted "quickly, safely, and efficiently" and the patient was taken to a hospital in San Juan, the Coast Guard says.
