Officers Honored For Heroism After Tusky Valley Bus Crash

Months after the tragic Tusky Valley bus crash that killed three students, a teacher, and two-parent chaperones, local officers are being recognized.

The crash happened along I-70 in Gahanna on November 14th last year.

This week, the City of Gahanna honored Sergeant Kyle Parrish, Sergeant Justin Sheasby, and Officer Kaylea Pertz for their heroism that day.

All three officers say they were just doing their jobs, but the Ohio State House referred to their actions as going above the call of duty.
