(Independence) Just when you thought he was out, he pulls himself back in. Dennis Kucinich has announced that he's running for the U. S. House of Representatives for Ohio's 7th Congressional District. Kucinich intends to run as an independent for the seat filled by republican incumbent Max Miller. The former "boy mayor" of Cleveland is now 77. He served in the House for 16 years, had two unsuccessful Presidential runs, and most recently finished 3rd in the 2021 Cleveland Mayoral race. During Wednesday's announcement Kucinich said, "I’m uniquely able to reach in and to help heal the partisan divide, to bring people together and to help reestablish a sense of unity, which is the essence of who we are as the United States."
