(Medina) 41-year-old Jason Sturm pleaded not guilty Tuesday to charges of pandering obscenity involving a minor and illegal use of a minor in a nudity oriented material or performance. The former math teacher at Medina High School arraigned in Medina County Common Pleas Court. The Medina School District says the victim in the case is not a current or former Medina Schools' student or staff member. Sturm resigned from the district last month. He is due back to court on March 28th.
