The United Auto Workers strike is impacting hundreds of Ohio workers.
This comes after Ford Motor Company announced it's laying off 330 workers between plants in Lima, Ohio, and Chicago.
General Motors also recently announced that 164 workers are being furloughed at its metal centers in Parma, Ohio, and Marion, Indiana.
Earlier today, GM Toledo Propulsion Systems said more than 160 of their workers will be forced off the job.
The factory supplies one of the plants that started striking last Friday.
Officials at Toledo Propulsion Systems tell 13 Action News "It is unfortunate the UAW's decision to call a strike at GM Lansing Delta Township Assembly continues to have negative ripple effects."
Employees won't be able to return to work until the strike is over.
