Guardians Go To Extra Innings Again & Get The 6-4 Win Over The A's

The Guardians went back to extra innings and beat the Athletics 6-4 in Oakland. A day after losing to the A's in a walk-off, Will Brennan and Steven Kwan each knocked in runs in the top of the 10th inning to give Cleveland the lead. Cam Gallagher and Andres Gimenez notched two RBI apiece to help the Guardians improve to 5-and-2. Cleveland starter Hunter Gaddis allowed one hit and two walks while striking out four across six innings of action. Eli Morgan earned the win, while Emmanuel Clase recorded his second save of the season. The team took two-of-three in the series and improved to 5-and-2. The Guardians host the Mariners in their home opener tomorrow.
