CLEVELAND - The man in the photos below is a suspect in the theft of a vehicle and a wallet. Police say the man stole a vehicle, drove to Walmart to use the victim's credit card, and spent over $300.
The suspect then went to PNC bank and attempted an ATM withdrawal.
