WILLOUGHBY - On Monday, October 24th, 2022, the Willoughby Police and Fire Departments responded to the State Route 2 eastbound exit ramp to Vine Street (State Route 640) for a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle.
The motorcycle driver, A 33-year-old Wickliffe resident, was taken to University Hospital Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, where he was pronounced deceased.

The Willoughby Police Department is attempting to speak with the drivers of the white pickup truck and white crossover SUV.
These vehicles were in the area at the time of the crash at 4:37 PM and may have information relevant to the investigation.
