Downtown Foot Traffic
- Foot traffic jumped 300K in August
- Total of 4.7 Million Visits
- Represents 80% return compared to August 2019
Return to Office
- Cleveland continues to outpace other cities’ return to office rates.
- 61% of pre-pandemic levels.
- Top 10 metros average is still below 50% but has seen significant increase following Labor Day
Hospitality
- Overall, Cleveland hotels had an occupancy rate of 67.3%, up from 62.7% in June
- Average daily rate increased from $180 in June to $188.81 in July
