CLEVELAND - Cleveland Police are looking for the driver of a white pick up truck believed to be involved in a hit skip accident. The police say the driver of the truck was driving southbound on West 9th Street near Frankfort Avenue when a pedestrian was struck in a lane of traffic outside of the crosswalk. A 28-year-old male victim is hospitalized at Metro Health Medical with serious injuries including a fractured skull.
