CLEVELAND - After going winless during the first 50 Sugardale Hot Derby races at Progressive Field during the 2022 season, Mustard has been sent to the Guardians High A team, the Lake Country Captains. On the season both Ketchup and Onion have 25 wins each and Mustard has failed to cross the finish line first. The Guardians said Mustard need to go the minors to try and get his mental and physical game back to a MLB caliber level. Mustard is expected to report to the Captains and race in Tuesday's contest.

The Guardians are on the road this week. Their next homestand begins on Monday, August 15th when they play a doubleheader against the Tigers. It's unknown at this time whether Mustard will be called back up to the big leagues.
