Cleveland Guardians “PLAY BALL” Event at League Park

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Guardians hosted a PLAY BALL event, in partnership with Major League Baseball, at League Park on Saturday. The private event featured youth from City Recreation and the Northeastern Cleveland Youth Athletic Association. Some players from the Cleveland Guardians were in attendance, volunteering alongside members of the Cleveland Guardians RBI Softball and Jr. RBI Baseball teams. Guardians alumni Cody Allen, Lonnie Chisenhall, and Andrew Miller joined the fun.

All PLAY BALL participants were put through a series of fun-focused, informal baseball and softball stations, including home run derby, running bases, bat & ball games, and more.

In addition, each participant received a PLAY BALL-branded bat & ball set and t-shirts.
