CLEVELAND - On July 21st, a man locked his trek hybrid bike to a bike rack. The man left his bike at the Citizens Bank at 2078 W.25th Street. That's when the man pictured below cut the bike lock and took off with the bike. If anyone who knows the man shown below is asked to call Detective Murphy at 216-623-5217.
