(Cleveland) - A warning from the Ohio Department of Transportation, that if you have trash, put it in a trash can, don't leave it along a highway.
ODOT's statewide media director, Matt Bruning, posted this video on his Facebook page. It appears to show the on-ramp to westbound I-480 from State Road. There's a lot of trash along the ramp. Suddenly, a man is seen pulling over his car, pulling something out, and leaving it along the road.
As Bruning said, this information was passed along to police.
