(Canton) - After the nw operators of Cleveland's I-X Center announced the building's iconic Ferris Wheel would be taken down, the question became, where would the Ferris Wheel be moved to?
It will be moved in the future to the Pro Football Hall of Fame Village in Canton, which surrounds the Hall of Fame building. It will be part of a Play Action Plaza, which will also include a zipline and an amphitheater.
The 125-foot-high Ferris Wheel is being moved from the I-X Center, as it doesn't fit the footprint that the Center's current operators want.
The Ferris Wheel is expected to be up and running later this year.
