A man is dead after getting trapped inside a car wash in Escondido, California.
Police received a report of an unresponsive man inside a self-service car wash on Friday.
When officers arrived, they found the man trapped between his car and the car wash machinery.
He appears to have driven into the car wash then tried to exit his car, which rolled forward and pinned him against the machinery.
It is unclear why he tried to get out of the car.
