U.S. Gas Price Average Spikes to $4.43

As expected, the average cost of gas in the U.S. has continued to rise.

According to data shared on Sunday, the average cost per gallon in the U.S. is now up to $4.43.

That's a 79-cent jump over the last two weeks.

The new cost is around $1.54 higher than it was a year ago.

The highest average for gas is in San Francisco, while the lowest average is in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
