CLEVELAND - The owner of Shinto Japanese Steakhouse, Sheng Long Yu, told WTAM news he and his business partners have purchased the former National Tire & Battery building at East 30th and Payne Ave. and their plans are to renovate the property and turn it into an Asiatown Food Hall called "YYTime", which means friends getting together.  He said the idea is to bring all the latest street food trends from China, Japan and Taiwan all under one roof.

The restaurant, scheduled to open by the end of the year, will seat up to 100 people and feature touch tone phone service from the various kitchens. Yu says he will also relocate his Dagu Rice Noodle restaurant currently located at 3710 Payne Ave into the building.
