(OHIO) - ShurTape Technologies is again offering high school students a chance to win $20,000 in scholarships.
Since 2001, ShurTape Technologies has offered scholarships to students who use their Duck Tape brand of duct tape made in Ohio to create a unique prom dress or tuxedo.
Students create their tuxedos and dresses from Duck Tape and then submit them online, where judges select five finalists before the winner is decided by public vote.
