(Parma, OH) -- Prosecutors say the man who hit and injured a nine-year-old riding his bike last August has been sentenced to probation.
On Thursday morning, 39-year-old Milton Rullan of Parma was sentenced to two-years-probation and had his driver's license suspended for 24-months with only permission to drive to work.
Rullan was convicted of not stopping after he hit and severely injured the juvenile on Sheraton Drive.
Rullan abandoned his car after the accident at the Ries Ice Rink on Forestwood Dive and surrendered himself to police a day later.
