Supreme Court Blocks Vaccine-Testing Mandates For Large Businesses

In a major blow for the White House, the U.S. Supreme Court has blocked President Biden's vaccine mandate for large businesses.

The Court ruled Thursday that OSHA was overstepping its authority by declaring vaccine or testing mandates for all businesses with more than 100 employees.

The mandate would have affected more than 80 million Americans.

However, the Court will allow a vaccine requirement for health care workers to continue, affecting about 10.3 workers in hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.
