(Cleveland) - Mayoral candidates Justin Bibb and Kevin Kelley took part Wednesday night in a town hall session at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. The virtual town hall was sponsored by the Cleveland Branch of the NAACP and the Urban League of Greater Cleveland. News3 anchor Russ Mitchell was the moderator.
Both candidates said the Cleveland Division of Police is far from perfect. Bibb gives the CPD a letter grade of "D." Kelley says he'll give the men and women of the CPD an A+, but the department as a whole, only a C. Bibb says he'd replace Chief of Police Calvin Williams, and Kelley was hinting at it.
