Mentor Police looking to Add Officers

(Cleveland, OH) - According to a news release, The Mentor Police Department is looking to add new officers to its team.

In the release, Mentor Police Chief Ken Gunsch states to the community, “If you have ever considered a career as a police officer, or if you have been inspired to be an agent of change, this is your opportunity to join one of the most highly regarded departments in the State of Ohio." He adds, "we are seeking the best candidates from across the region to join our team."

Annual salary for patrol officers ranges from $61,953.58 to $86,905.26 with full healthcare and other benefits.

Applications accepted Aug. 9 through Aug. 30, 2021.
