Cleveland, OH - The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive 31-year-old Craig Toon. Toon is wanted United States Marshals Service in the Southern District of West Virginia for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
Toon is a described as a white male, standing 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 190 pounds. Toon’s last known address is on W. 59th Street in Cleveland. He is also known to frequent the area of W. 32nd and Clark Ave. in Cleveland. Toon is to be considered armed and dangerous.
