Browns Player's Son Recovering From Surgery

(Cleveland) - Browns Wide Receiver Ryan Switzer says his nine-month-old son, troubled by medical issues and mysterious internal bleeding, is expected to be okay.

In a tweet Monday, Spitzer wrote, "Our sweet baby boy is stable and out of surgery. This nightmare is over with. These wonderful people in Boston fixed our son. He’s going to make a full recovery. Praise God."

Christian Switzer underwent surgery Monday in Boston, and doctors believe he'll make a full recovery.

Switzer spent last season on the Browns practice squad, after two years with the Steelers. He had been drafted by the Cowboys.
