(Cleveland) - Seven people were shot and wounded early Sunday morning at a private motorcycle club on Pearl Road in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn neighborhood.
Cleveland Police say it happened about 3 a.m. at Spot Night Club, which is said to be a private motorcycle club. It's at 5100 Pearl Road, between I-480 and Brookpark Road.
Four men and three women, all in their 20s and 30s, were shot, and were driven to the hospital in private vehicles. Cleveland Police say there were multiple shooters.
Detectives determined that a man and a woman were arguing. The man then pulled out a gun and fired a single sthot. Others in the club responded by pulling out and shooting their own guns.
City Councilman Kevin Kelley told cleveland.com that he has tried to have the club shut down, as it has been the site of numerous police calls since it opened in January.
