(Cleveland) - Even though, for the second year in a row, there will be no Saint Patrick's Day parade in Cleveland, that doesn't mean you can't enjoy a parade or two.
The City of Cleveland cable channel, TV 20, is doing a 24-hour marathon of old parade coverage. The Saint Patrick's Day Parade marathon runs until midnight.
