(Lorain) - A crash Thursday morning killed two teenagers, and the driver of the car may be facing criminal charges.
Lorain Police say that about 12:30 a.m Thursday, a 16-year-old boy was driving along East 29th Street, apparently speeding. Suddenly, the car went off the street and hit a tree.
The driver had serious injuries, but he was released from the hospital. As for his passengers, a 15-year-old boy, and a 13-year-old girl, they were both killed in the crash.
Lorain Police are still investigating. They say the boy driving the car did not have a valid drivers license, so he could face charges for that, plus for the crash itself.
