Celebrity Chef Michael Symon Closing Lola Bistro & Two B-Spot Restaurants

CLEVELAND - Celebrity chef Michael Symon is closing some of his signature restaurants in Cleveland including Lola Bistro on E. 4th Street. Symon told Scene Magazine’s Doug Tratter, “We started looking at the numbers and decided we just can’t do it”. Symon opened Lola in Tremont in 1996 and he moved the restaurant to the East 4th District in 2006 renaming it Lola Bistro.

Scene Magazine reports that Symon will also be closing his B Spot burger restaurants in Strongsville and at Crocker Park in Westlake. Mabel’s BBQ on E. 4th and the B-Spot in Eaton will reportedly stay open.
