(Bay Village) - Someone called Bay Village Police the other day to report seeing a homeless person sleeping on a bench along Bradley Road. Turns out it's a statue, called "Sleeping Jesus."
The sculpture was put along Bradley Road by Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church. The pastor says it will be there until December.
The idea is to show that all people are created in the Image of God. Saint Barnabas also tweeted they hope to raise money, which can be used to feed, clothe, and house the needy.
