CLEVELAND-- At 7:08pm on Tuesday Night, Shane Bieber pitched for the first time as the Ace in the postseason. By 9:08pm, Trump and Biden started the first Presidential Debate at the Cleveland Clinic campus and Shane Bieber left the game as the Tribe was down 7-2 and ultimately lost to the Yankees 12-3.

The Indians have lost seven straight postseason games (last win vs Yankees in 2017 ALDS Game 2....the Lindor Grand Slam game).

Four pitches in, Aaron Judge smashed a two run home run off Bieber.

Jose Ramirez had a RBI Double in the 3rd inning but Bieber could not stop the bleeding as the Yankees offense went to town in Game 1 of the best of 3 AL Wild Card series.

Here's Shane Bieber's thoughts on the game:

Gerrit Cole dominated the Indians in the 2018 ALDS as a member of the Houston Astros. He did the same thing Tuesday night as the Yankees' ace had 13 strikeouts against the Tribe.

Sandy Alomar Jr shares his thoughts on Game 1:

The Indians must win Game 2 AND Game 3 to move on to the ALDS against the winner of the Toronto Blue Jays vs Tampa Bay Rays (Rays lead 1-0) in San Diego.

Carlos Carrasco (RHP) with start in Game 2 vs RHP Masahiro Tanaka. Coverage begins at 6:05pm with the Ken Ganley Kia Tribe Insider with Carmen Angelo. First Pitch at 7:08pm. Xtra Innings with Greg Brinda after the game all on Newsradio WTAM 1100AM/106.9FM and the free iHeartRadio App (in-market only).
