(Avon) - Once again, the sunflowers are in bloom at Maria's Field of Hope, off I-90 in Avon.
The sunflowers have been blooming in the field every year since 2014, to draw attention to the need to raise money for research into childhood cancer.
The field is in memory of Maria McNamara, who died from a form of brain cancer. Maria's parents created a foundation to help raise money.
Visitors are welcome in the field during daylight hours.
