Kids Host Fundraiser for Fallen Police Officers

CLEVELAND - Two Cleveland brothers are spending their Labor Day weekend working. The children are raising money for the families of two Cleveland police officers who recently died, Cleveland police Detective James Skernivits who was killed Thursday while working undercover in Cleveland and Officer Nick Sabo who took his life. Gideon and Josiah Trank, with a little help from their family, are selling food and beverages at a homemade snack stand in front of their home in the 6800 block of Vandalia Avenue. They will be there until dusk. According to their Facebook page, they are taking donations for the officers' families, but they're offering hugs for free.
