Cleveland - An unfortunate happening as bars and restaurants reopened patios and will open indoors Thursday.
Cleveland Police say a body was found off Whiskey Island near The Olde River Yacht Club around 1 p.m. Wednesday afternoon.
The body may belong to 50-year-old Alexander Febres, who was reported missing Tuesday and had not been seen since May 15th. Febres was last seen at the club and was reportedly intoxicated.
Authorities have not yet identified the body as Febres.
