New Evidence in Hit Skip Involving Cleveland 9-Year-Old

Cleveland - Some new evidence sufacing in the search for the suspects who struck a 3rd grader after she got off a Cleveland school bus Thursday afternoon.

On February 20th at approximately 3:30pm, a 9 year old girl was struck by a vehicle upon exiting a school bus at W.73rd Street and Brinsmade. The vehicle, an orange Kia Soul fled the area and was later found in the 3500 block of W.91st Street. 

Upon canvassing the neighborhood, investigators were able to obtain video showing two males, possibly teens believed to be the suspects. The males were picked up at W. 95/Maywood a short time after the incident.

The girl sustained serious injuries including a broken leg from the crash.
