CLEVELAND--Well....preseason basketball is finally over and the Celtics' rookie point guard Carsen Edwards can shoot three pointers in the preseason as the Boston Celtics defeat the Cleveland Cavaliers 118-95.
The rookie point guard from Purdue made the most of his 21 minutes of game action, shooting 9 of 15 from downtown. He had eight threes in the third quarter.
Cavs are looking to build off the offensive firepower of Collin Sexton (20pts), Darius Garland (16), Jordan Clarkson (15) and Cedi Osman (10). Kevin Love had the first score of the game.
Cavs will begin their regular season on Wednesday October 23rd on the road against the Orlando Magic.
