Cleveland - Learn how to brew beer and taste the results in a hands-on community education course this fall by Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C®).
The course focuses on the science of beer making while providing tips to start a home brewing operation. Students will brew and bottle a batch of beer during the course, offered over four Monday night sessions (Nov. 4, 18, 25 and Dec. 2).
Classes take place at Tri-C’s Corporate College® East, located at 4400 Richmond Road in Warrensville Heights. Cost is $149. Students must be at least 21 years old to participate.
