Hit Skip On Cleveland's East Side Leaves 91-Year-Old Severly Injured

Cleveland - Cleveland Police looking into a hit skip that injured an elderly man Monday afternoon.

Officer say the victim, a 91-year-old man, was working in his front yard at at 3732 East144th Street When 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix, 4-door gray in color headed south bound at high speed went off the right side of the road in front of his home, then clipped on tree. The vehicle then struck the man before striking his house. The car then came to rest in his front yard. 

A Witness then observed the driver and passenger exit the car and run away on foot.

The victim was transported to University Hospital by Cleveland EMS and will be confined with severe injuries.
