CLEVELAND, OH -- Shane Bieber showed complete and utter domination on the hill this afternoon against the Baltimore Orioles. Bieber went a career long 9 innings, pitching both his first complete game and his first shutout. The tribe righty struck out a career-high 15 batters, ending the game striking out two of the final three batters, leading the Indians to a 10-0 victory.

Baltimore starter Yefry Ramirez got jumped on early and often, giving up 4 earned runs in just 3 1/3 innings. Carlos Santana got the party started in the first inning with an RBI single to right field, bringing in Francisco Lindor. Carlos Gonzalez followed up the single with a sac-fly that scored Jason Kipnis. Santana came back with a solo homer in the 4th inning to put the Indians up 4-0, and the tribe never looked back from there. A day after recording his first career base knock, Oscar Mercado recorded his first career RBI on a stand-up double down the left field line

Shane Bieber moves to 3-2 on the season after a stellar performance, Orioles young right hander Yefry Ramirez was hit with his second loss of the season, as the Indians take three out of four in Cleveland.

The Indians will continue their homestand as they will host the Oakland Athletics for a three game series. Carlos Carrasco will get the series started for the tribe, facing off against Oakland left hander Brett Anderson. First pitch is set for 6:10 PM ET on Monday afternoon at Progressive Field in beautiful Cleveland, Ohio.
